We make every effort to deliver to you at the time and to the place we state on the Order Confirmation E-mail, but there may be occasions when we cannot or, for reasons outside our control, we may not be able to do so.
We also endeavour to make the Product available when you want it. However, we cannot always guarantee availability. If it is not in stock we will tell you when ordering and we will not take any payment.
Dispatch times are estimates and we aim to meet them at all times. If we are unable to do so we will inform you by e-mail or by telephone.
Orders are delivered in plain recycled packaging or in their original transit packaging by FedEx couriers.

When you place an order to purchase a product we will send you an Order Confirmation E-mail containing details of your order such as FedEx Tracking numbers if appropriate.
