"The clients were very impressed – we managed to clean 3 bikes and still had some water left...I was hoping it might run out, as we were parked next to a stream!"

Desmond Creagh 26 March 2010

Letter sent to What Mountain Bike magazine

"Having seen the excellent Dirtworker washer in your magazine I had bought one and used it for the last couple years with good effect through the muddy Cornish Winter and dark night rides. It fits perfectly into a reusable Tesco bag, but beware! Downside was when I flooded it, while filling it sat in the bag and seized the pump. Thought that was it, but full marks to Dirtworker and Gary, who was impressively responsive to my predicament, offering solutions, parts and eventually a repair. All very speedy and efficient, and now back fighting the mud. What great service in a disposable age."

"thanks for your prompt and excellent service - it's refreshing to get someone who can be so helpful so quickly these days!!!!!!"

Alasdair Seaton of Wheeliecool 26 March 2010

"Just a quick e-mail to let you know that the Nomad's went down a storm at the weekend. From my perspective they are absolutely awesome, they seem to be more powerful than the original [DIRTWORKER], but very easy to control and the ability to get rid of all the mud / sand off the bike will undoubtedly increase the life of a bike and its components.

All of my clients agreed and I passed on your web site details - it would be good if there was some publicity / price lists (stickers are always popular) to give them. Also, there was lots of interest from passersby.

Great bit of kit and thanks a lot for your support"

"Nomad is top drawer"

Stuart Quinney 15 March 2010

"I own a Dirtworker - have done for about 4-5 years - and it's a brilliant bit of kit. I was one of the early adopters and was always the envy of my riding buddies as I would wash my bike down after a muddy day, pop a clean bike in the car and by the time I had driven home it would be dry! Over time, most of them have now purchased one too. Probably the single best accessory that I have ever bought for mountainbiking!"

"Great customer service."

"I read about your pressure washer in DIRT MTB-Magazine and I'd like to purchase one. I own a similar Chinese [copy] model, which is completely unreliable and is effectively thrown away money...

First thing to break was the hose adaptor to the reservoir, then the 12V connector broke and then the motor died. All within 2 weeks and three attempts to put it into action. it only worked ONCE! Sad story, thrown away money."

K Melville, 6 April 2009

"Just a brief note to thank you for the excellent service you provide and a superb product.

Delivery was exactly as promised with e mails advising me of progress, well done.

Used the washer last night for the first time, a brilliant piece of kit! I live in a flat so washing my motor and mountain bikes entailed carrying buckets of water down stairs 2 or 3 times to get the job done, now one trip and quicker.

Thanks again for the excellent service."

R Mordaunt, 3 April 2009

"Thank you, thank you, thank you!"

G Hetherington, 10 March 2009

"Great correspondence. Be sure I will heartily recommend your products to fellow mountainbikers and I hope the product goes from strength to strength in the future.
All the very best"

Gavgas, 9 March 2009

"I would like to congratulate you on an excellent product that's been used twice a week 52 weeks of the year since January 2006! It's great!"

J Smith, 5 March 2009

"Wow, now that's what I call customer service! Thank you so much for all your help. I was ranting on at work how great this was when a customer asked what the Dirtworker was and after a quick explaination is now off to buy one from you. Hope this in someway pays you back for your time and attention."

S Shah, 16 February 2009

"Most useful cycling accessory I've ever bought!"

E McDougall 6 February 2009

"Your excellent service is much appreciated, and I have managed to impress enough of my biking friends that hopefully you'll be getting another couple of sales shortly."

N Townsend, Colchester 24 November 2008

"I'm totally impressed!"

R Jackson, 21 November 2008

"Cheers for the phone call - top customer service."

Performance Car, July 2008

"Ah, trusty Dirtworker. It's thanks to this plasticky bundle of joy that the cars in this magazine always look so sparkly. When a snapper ran over ours and broke the spray gun (it must be called a gun) we realised what life without a Dirtworker was like. Dirty, mostly."

L Thomson, 28 July 2008

"Many thanks. I am sure that I will be delighted with the Dirtworker. My wife is into Endurance Riding, and we don't always have access to a tap on our travels. Useful too for cooling the horse down- a vital part of Endurance, to bring the heart rate down- saves wasting water when we "Slosh" with fabric softener bottles!"

Name supplied, 11 July 2008

"Just wanted to say I have never written a testimonial before, and I never believe them when I read them, but the Dirtworker is one of the best conceived, designed & built products I have ever bought. The build quality is fantastic and it works just as described. In fact it is virtually silent in operation and you should amend your website to reflect that. Also, have you tested to see how long a full tank of water lasts? I got a lot more than the quoted 7 minutes."

Superbike Magazine, July 2008

"Squirts with some gusto, but not too much, which is often better where seals, stickers and more delicate areas of your bike are concerned… Portable and practical."

G Wright 23 May 2008

"Hi there. Have received my Dirtworker and all is okay. Thank you for your excellent service."

Jac 22 May 2008

"Just to let you know the Dirtworker arrived yesterday, and after trying it out on the car yesterday (!) my husband is very impressed with it. Looking forward to using it on our mountain biking trip in the summer. Thanks for all your help."

Ian 21 May 2008

"Cheers for the email, my mum ordered it and it come the next day. Cheers for keeping me up to date and it's great. Thanks."

Fast Bikes, April 2008

"This is a portable power washer that runs off the ciggy lighter in your car. It's great for giving MX bikes a good going over before you take them home."

Max Power, March 2008

"Cleaning your car away from your own garage can be difficult, especially at a show. This portable cleaner plugs into a 12v cigarette lighter and solves all your cleaning problems"

Ryan Sherlock, blogspot 22 February 2008

"Dirtworker, best invention for MTB since disc brakes :)"

Health and Fitness, February 2008

"Get muddy without worrying about trailing dirt into your car and home with the clever Dirtworker, £84.99. Simply plug this machine into your car cigarette lighter after a day in the great outdoors and jetwash your equipment - or dog - clean."

MBR - Jan 2008

"The Dirtworker will cut through thick mud - even the sticky clay you get in Kent - and it will get tyres clean. Dry baked-on grime is a bit more of a struggle but wet it, leave it and spray it again and it will shift. ….It's also low impact, meaning the jet isn't going to blast water into your bearings or past fork seals, which in the long run could save you money [compared with a potentially cheaper but more powerful washer].

If getting your bike cleaned quickly while you're standing freezing in the car park is what this head to head is all about, then Dirtworker is definitely the winner."

Singletrack - Dec 2007

"Dirtworker is Singletrack Editor Chipps's Choice"

Horse and Rider - August 2007

"This jet wash is perfect for when you need to wash your horse's legs at muddy events. I think it's a great idea to plug it into the cigarette lighter, but it would be great if you could plug it into the mains, as well. I found it very useful to have in the lorry and it was surprisingly powerful, too."

A Customer, Worcestershire - 11 July

"Further proof, should it be needed, that you offer exemplary service sir! It has indeed arrived, and I am, as expected, delighted.
Thanks again, though. Great product, outstanding service."

11 February 2007 - D Pajaczkowski

"Fantastic product! Muddy day in the Chilterns on Sunday but who cares? Washed up both bikes outside a local pub before returning home to London. How have I ever mountain biked in the winter without a DIRTWORKER in the boot of my car? Many thanks for such a great product. One of the few things I've purchased recently where I can say 'That was worth the money.'"

What Mountain Biker - January 2007

"...We think that every driving mountain biker should have one in their boot."
